History & Know-how
Maison HUCHIN is the Premium Brand of CGF Charcuterie.
We decided to give our name to this brand because our family has been working in the food trade since 1921.
All our recipes come from our roots.
Our great-grandparents started in the general food sector in 1921 in the village of COULOGNE (62).
It was the supermarket of the time.
Our Grandfather Henri created a butcher's shop in 1936 opposite his parents' food store, located on rue des Hauts Champs.
Our fathers, Christophe and Frédéric, in 1982 perpetuated the tradition by creating the company CGF Charcuterie to bring our Grandfather's recipes up to date.
We, Manuel and Romain, joined the company in 2008 and took it over in 2013 with the aim of perpetuating the family tradition.
